sweetgadget[Error: unknown template qotd]I'd have to say either the Doctor from Doctor Who or Skulduggery Pleasant from the Pleasant books.
The first because the Doctor is a very interesting person as well as being highly intelligent and funny. It'd just be a lot of fun. Plus, TARDIS. I think think more needs saying there.
And Skulduggery because he'd be great to talk to and banter with. Plus, you have to love the sarcasm and the magic.
